Technical specifications
| DIN 980V has been replaced by ISO 7042. They have limited interchangeability. The threads M3-M4-M7-M18-M22-M27-M33-M39 have been omitted. The nut heights have been changed. The width across flats have been changed for: M10 from 17mm to 16mm - M12 from 19mm to 18mm - M14 from 22mm to 21mm. This only applies to the coarse pitch thread, the fine thread has been moved to ISO 10513. This ISO standard is only applicable for hardness classes 5-8-10-12. |
